- Drive sales for conferences, meetings, and group events through proactive outreach and account management.
- Respond to inquiries, create proposals, and convert leads into confirmed business.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor event solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Events, F&B, Operations) to ensure smooth planning and execution.
- Achieve sales targets while ensuring excellent guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and site inspections.
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM records.
- 3–5 years of experience in conference, meetings, or group sales within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with hotel sales systems (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar).
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and highly organised.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
