We are currently seeking to recruit a Procurement & Logistics Executive to join the Procurement & Logistics team. The selected candidate will report directly to the Procurement & Logistics Manager and will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day procurement and logistics operations of the business.This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can take ownership of operational tasks, while providing reliable support to ensure continuity and efficiency across the function.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products
  • Assist in supplier negotiations and contribute to the preparation of contracts in line with agreed commercial terms
  • Liaise with suppliers and freight providers to ensure smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and transport arrangements
  • Monitor supplier performance and follow up on any issues relating to quality, delivery timelines, or service levels
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and procurement documentation for audit and reporting purposes
  • Evaluate and compare supplier quotations and support cost analysis activities
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between procurement activities and operational requirements
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement & Logistics Manager as required
  • Act as a key point of support to the Procurement & Logistics Manager, ensuring continuity of operations during periods of absence.
The ideal candidate must:
  • Have previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations (ideally 2–4 years, preferably within FMCG)
  • Possess a good level of commercial awareness and a practical understanding of procurement processes
  • Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently when required
  • Have good analytical skills and the ability to evaluate supplier offers
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English
  • Have a positive, hands-on attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
