- Support and coordinate the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of products
- Assist in supplier negotiations and contribute to the preparation of contracts in line with agreed commercial terms
- Liaise with suppliers and freight providers to ensure smooth coordination of orders, deliveries, and transport arrangements
- Monitor supplier performance and follow up on any issues relating to quality, delivery timelines, or service levels
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipping and procurement documentation for audit and reporting purposes
- Evaluate and compare supplier quotations and support cost analysis activities
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between procurement activities and operational requirements
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Procurement & Logistics Manager as required
- Act as a key point of support to the Procurement & Logistics Manager, ensuring continuity of operations during periods of absence.
- Have previous experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations (ideally 2–4 years, preferably within FMCG)
- Possess a good level of commercial awareness and a practical understanding of procurement processes
- Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrate strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently when required
- Have good analytical skills and the ability to evaluate supplier offers
- Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Be fluent in written and spoken English
- Have a positive, hands-on attitude with a solutions-oriented mindset.
