
Land Surveyor

- Conduct precise land and site surveys for the design and construction of new steel manufacturing facilities, as well as expansions or infrastructure projects in Malta.
- Use advanced surveying instruments (Total Stations, GPS, Laser Scanning) to accurately measure and mark construction boundaries, levels, and structural points across plant sites.
- Collaborate with civil engineers and architects to integrate survey data into detailed construction plans for steel production areas, storage facilities, and other industrial structures.
- Ensure that all surveys are conducted in compliance with Maltese and EU land use regulations, zoning laws, and construction standards.
- Create and maintain accurate technical survey drawings, site plans, and reports, ensuring clear communication with internal stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and external contractors.
- Regularly inspect ongoing construction projects to ensure survey data remains accurate throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree in Geomatics, Surveying, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in land surveying, preferably in large-scale industrial or manufacturing projects is considered an asset.
- Proficiency with survey instruments and relevant software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Leica, or similar tools).
- Familiarity with Maltese and EU construction regulations and land use requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and reliable survey data.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team, with strong communication skills.
