A renowned financial services group specializing in investments, payment and fund administration globally, is looking for a Finance Regulatory Reporting Officer to join their team.The right person for this role will be an astute communicator, priding themselves on their professional attitude and attire at all times.This is an office-based role with a salary offered up to €60K.Role & ResponsibilitiesHandle the preparation, review, and submission of financial reportsKeep abreast of changes in regulations and figure out how they impact reporting tasksSet up and maintain clear processesWork with other teams to collect, verify, and align financial data for reportingProvide clear guidance and explanations on reporting rules to team members and other departmentsServe as the main contact for regulators and external auditorsSupport daily finance operationsRequired Education, Skills & ExperienceTertiary level qualification in accounting, finance, or a relatedProven experience handling end-to-end regulatory reporting in a financial institution, investment firm, or bank - non-negotiableFluency in English both written and spokenFluency in Maltese is preferredExperience preparing, reviewing, and submitting regulatory reports directly to regulatorsStrong understanding of regulatory reporting rules and obligations for financial institutionsExperience in financial reporting or a similar role is preferredGood analytical and problem-solving skills, including project management skillsAble to work under pressure to meet tight deadlinesOrganised, proactive, and able to work on own initiativeAbout this roleSalary of up to €60kKPI-related performance bonusHealth InsuranceGym allowanceExcellent professional development and career prospectsInternal and external trainingStudy leave and financial study supportInclusive workplace with a focus on your well-beingNote: Please note that due to the urgency of the role we can only consider candidates who hold an EU passportPlease apply with your detailed CV in English.JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
