- Assist with reports, data analysis, and market research
- Handle customer calls, process orders, and provide support
- Coordinate with the distribution team on orders and deliveries
- Provide administrative support (documents, workflow, office supplies)
- Support Sales Representatives with telesales when required
- Liaise with export and duty-free departments on orders and paperwork
- Follow a daily sales route and maintain customer contact
- Carry out other related duties as needed
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid clerical, computing, and data entry skills
- O/A Level education or MCAST certificate in administration (or related field)
