Maintain and clean work station and kitchen utensils
Package and label preparations and products (production and use-by dates). Store them in cold store, pantry...
Mix ingredients for pancake batter or pizza dough. Knead and turn dough
Shape/design/garnish pizza crust. Bake pizza in the oven
Rest dough and pieces of dough. Monitor fermentation
