- Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of corporate finance operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Leading financial management and corporate governance in compliance with international accounting standards and best practices
- Managing financial planning and control, including cash flow, financial reporting, bookkeeping, credit control, accounts payable, and statutory audits
- Supporting the Agency’s service delivery standards through sound financial oversight and resource optimization
- Conducting project cost accounting to ensure accurate budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of project expenditures
- Serving as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency, compliance, and effective audit outcomes
- Master's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- In possession of a CPA warrant
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a managerial role with 3 years in a leadership role
- A strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- A demonstrated history of success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in financial software
- A positive attitude, objectivity in challenging situations and an ability to meet deadlines
