Job DescriptionCompany Introduction Our client is a leading organisation in corporate services, trustees and fiduciaries.Job Responsibilities and Duties
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs), clients, family offices, and business introducers;
  • Serve as the main point of contact for a designated portfolio, promptly addressing queries and concerns;
  • Conduct thorough analysis of proposed transactions, considering legal, tax, and corporate perspectives;
  • Provide tailored solutions as needed, ensuring client expectations are exceeded;
  • Oversee the execution of client transactions and restructuring projects, ensuring timely delivery;
  • Advise the board of directors on client transactions;
  • Review and draft commercial, corporate, and governance documentation;
  • Administer legal and trust structures, including formation and dissolution of entities in Malta;
  • Assist the client relationship team with accounting and tax-related matters;
  • Responsible for Anti-Exchange of Information (AEoI) assessment and reporting;
  • Manage the performance (quality and quantity) of direct reportees to optimize efficiency;
  • Coordinate with client accounting team to resolve issues and enhance client experience;
  • Collect necessary KYC and CDD documentation, ensuring compliance with AML/CFT regulations;
  • Manage client databases;
  • Stay informed of developments in local legislation and compliance regulations;
  • Report suspicious transactions to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer;
  • Participate in mandatory Group training to stay updated on industry standards.
Experience
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in TCSP, accounting, tax, or audit sectors;
  • Hold a Doctor of Laws/Master of Advocacy degree;
  • Proven track record in managing portfolios of entities owned by Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) families;
  • Direct operational experience with international structures and private clients.
