We're looking for a DevOps Team Lead to take ownership of the cloud infrastructure and guide a small, skilled team of engineers. You'll be shaping deployment processes, ensuring systems run smoothly, and helping the business scale with confidence.

- Lead, support, and develop a team of DevOps engineers.
- Oversee the design, rollout, and optimisation of CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage and improve cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
- Ensure infrastructure is secure, scalable, and highly available.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve delivery speed and system reliability.
- Drive automation to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
- Lead, support, and develop a team of DevOps engineers.

- Hands-on experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
- Previous leadership or mentoring experience.
