- Manage meetings and prepare relevant documentation.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of trade transactions.
- Handle incoming phone calls and provide general administrative support.
- Assist with filing, organising documentation, and supporting senior staff with ad hoc requests.
- Contribute to process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Perform general office administration duties and ensure the office operates smoothly.
- Prepare transaction-related templates with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support initiatives aimed at improving processes, reducing turnaround times, and enhancing efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to the latest AML/CFT policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and Maltese.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous office experience, particularly within a Back Office or Operations team, will be considered an asset.
- A qualification in Banking, Finance, or Management will be considered an advantage.
