- Use our case management system to handle, document, and close customer cases efficiently and on time.
- Maintain clear, concise records of actions, communications, and resolutions.
- Collaborate with teams in insurance and claims to support smooth customer onboarding and training.
- Track key operational metrics related to onboarding and data quality.
- Follow structured procedures to ensure consistent and excellent customer service.
- Respond to user and customer inquiries via phone and email, always providing timely updates.
- Perform general administrative and support tasks to help the team deliver on its targets.
- At least 1 year of experience in a contact centre or similar customer-facing support role.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in both English and Maltese.
- Confident in handling customer communications via phone and email in a professional, service-driven manner.
- Skilled in using case or ticketing systems to manage and resolve requests.
- Familiarity with business software tools like Outlook, Excel, and virtual phone systems.
- Meticulous attention to detail with a structured, process-oriented approach to tasks.
- Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support others across operational teams.
