- Draft and review tax advice, memos, and client proposals.
- Deliver verbal and written guidance, ensuring client understanding and implementation.
- Advise clients on direct tax implications related to various aspects of our business.
- Support clients through documentation, tax residence applications, and due diligence processes.
- Apply KYC and AML procedures during client onboarding.
- Maintain and manage client relationships, coordinating with other practice groups as needed.
- Liaise with local authorities on tax, immigration, and employment matters.
- Conduct research on local and international tax legislation and maintain internal knowledge bases.
- Develop training materials and marketing content in collaboration with respective internal teams.
- Represent the firm at conferences, roadshows, and professional events.
- A qualified tax lawyer with experience in Maltese fiscal legislation.
- Excellent communication skills in English
