
Sales and Administration Executive

- Manage the shop`s shared mailbox, handling quotations, inquiries, orders, and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate incoming orders with the Stores team to ensure efficient and accurate deliveries.
- Support the Sales team by preparing and maintaining client quotations.
- Follow up on submitted quotations to maintain engagement and close potential sales.
- Digitally scan and forward signed invoices to the Accounts department for processing.
- Maintain and update quotation records in line with customer requirements and company standards.
- Develop strong product knowledge across our full range of tools, hardware, and construction materials.
- Identify opportunities for new products based on customer interactions and feedback.
- Deliver outstanding customer service across all channels.
- Participate in the Saturday retail roster at their outlet.
- Carry out any additional duties as required by the company
- Sales experience within the tools, hardware, or construction industry is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar sales and administrative role is preferred.
- Holder of a clean category B driving licence, and comfortable with occasional client site visits
- A customer-first attitude, with a genuine passion for providing high-quality service.
- Open to learning and ongoing product training-locally or overseas as required.
- A self-driven and adaptable team player who can work independently with attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and/or sales tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Maltese and English (written and verbal).
