- Be a self-motivated, versatile team player who can also work independently with diligence;
- Bring previous experience preferably in a similar role;
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, CRM software, or sales reporting tools;
- Excellent negotiation skills and fluency in spoken and written Maltese and English;
- Has proven experience in sales, preferably within the tools, hardware, or construction industry;
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic decisions.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering top-tier service.
- Open to learning and receiving further training on specific products, both locally and abroad.
- In possession of a clean driving licence (category B) and be responsible for visiting clients at their own premises.
- Managing the C&C Technik shared mailbox (quotations, queries, orders, complaints);
- Coordinating incoming orders with he Stores team for delivery;
- Supporting the Sales team with quotations;
- Following up on submitted quotations with clients;
- Scanning signed invoices and forwarding to the Accounts department
- Maintaining and developing sales quotations in line with client requirements
- Developing in-depth knowledge of available products and services
- Identifying potential new products based on client interactions and feedback
- Providing excellent customer service
- Participating in the Saturday roster at the Qormi Retail Outlet
- Performing any additional tasks as required by the Company.
