We are seeking a Director of Sales to lead the full sales function, drive market positioning, and champion the commercial vision of a leading hotel property. This role offers the opportunity to shape sales strategy, build key partnerships, and play a central role in achieving ambitious revenue and market-share objectives.In this role, you will oversee the daily sales efforts and guide the overall positioning of the hotel across rooms, dining, events, and rental revenue streams. You’ll prepare annual budgets, develop yield and pricing strategies, monitor market performance, and ensure business mix targets are achieved. Working closely with senior leadership, you will coordinate multi-departmental efforts to align on commercial goals and identify new opportunities for revenue growth. You will also foster strong relationships with corporate partners including airlines, travel agencies, DMCs, OTAs, and other luxury and lifestyle brands.Your leadership will be essential in motivating and developing a high-performing sales team—setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and creating an environment built on communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will oversee database development, review action plans, chair weekly sales meetings, and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting. You will also play a key role in competitor analysis, market trend monitoring, and the development of proactive strategies to strengthen the property’s positioning.We’re looking for someone with a dynamic leadership style, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and strong business acumen. You should be confident building relationships, supporting teams in closing key accounts, and refining selling strategies across all market segments. Experience with digital revenue drivers, GDS and SEO initiatives, corporate negotiations, and event sales strategy is highly valuable.
