- To install and commission new equipment and modalities, as per manufacturer's recommendations.
- To provide preventive maintenance and service support on equipment and modalities assigned.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment and modalities are functioning correctly.
- Collaborate with Field Support Team Leader and Operations team to solve complex issues.
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with equipment and/or systems.
- Provide technical support and training to clients or end-users as required.
- Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and equipment, ensuring all are properly stocked for fieldwork.
- Ensure that all work is completed within established timelines and meets quality standards.
- To assist clients and end users in fault finding and problem solving as required.
- Respond to after hour calls during stand-by hours in accordance with the Company's On-Call Schedule which includes the task of responding to urgent after hour requests from the Company's clients.
- When required, attend to any maintenance requests from clients during the allocated times as established under the Company's On-Call Schedule and during which the Employee is on standby.
- Any other task as assigned by the Field Support Team Leader.
- Have a minimum MQF Level 5 - BTEC Extended Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering (or similar qualifications in relevant fields).
- Be able to identify (fault-finding) and solve complex technical problems.
- Be familiar with IT concepts and applications.
- Have a valid Driver's License.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an asset.
- Motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Have strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Be willing to periodically attend online training modules and occasionally participate in training sessions abroad, to ensure up-to-date knowledge of the equipment and modalities as specified by the manufacturer.
- Be able to manage one's time and workload efficiently, work on own initiative, whilst at the same time have the ability to work in synergy within a team.
