A well-established organisation with a strong data-driven culture is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to support and enhance its data and analytics capability.This role suits a technically curious and analytically minded professional who enjoys working across data engineering and BI. You will play a key part in building reliable data foundations, developing insightful reports, and supporting day-to-day analytics initiatives that help the business understand, optimise, and improve its operations.The RoleYou will apply your technical and analytical skills to support a wide range of data initiatives, from data collection and preparation through to modelling and business intelligence reporting.Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of data warehouse structures and ETL pipelines, ensuring data is accurate, timely, and fit for purpose. You will also support data integration from multiple sources, validate data quality, and help document and optimise data processes within the data platform.This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their expertise in data engineering, cloud BI, and analytics within a collaborative and supportive environment.Key Responsibilities:

Collect, prepare, and analyse data to support business questions and decision-making
Contribute to the design and development of data models and data warehouse structures
Support the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure reliable data flows
Assist in integrating data from multiple internal and external sources
Develop Business Intelligence reports and dashboards for various departments
Validate data quality and support continuous improvements to data accuracy
Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand reporting and data requirements
Support the optimisation and documentation of data processes within the data platform

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proficiency in Python
Experience in database development, including data modelling, SQL programming, and MS SQL Analysis Services
Comfortable developing cloud-based BI solutions using tools such as Microsoft Azure, Databricks, and Power BI
Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel
