Legal Counsel (iGaming)

• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial contracts and agreements;
• Advising on a wide range of commercial matters such as intellectual property, technology, and internal/service contracts;
• Advising and supporting other departments as may be necessary;
• Overseeing contractual obligations and maintaining contractual and regulatory relations;
• Identifying legal issues, providing analysis of legal risks and assisting in the creation and implementation of solutions;
• Assisting in building a scalable foundation for the legal team including developing templates and processes;
• Liaising with external advisors and regulatory authorities;
• Conducting legal Research and staying abreast with regulatory updates;
• Maintaining records of group policies and procedures and uphold them internally as well as towards relevant regulatory authorities;
• Providing administrative support to the legal team as required;
• Other responsibilities as may be required and determined by management from time to time.

• Previous local experience as a lawyer, particularly within corporate and commercial
• Strong knowledge and understanding of online gaming legislation and industry best practices
• Experience with Privacy and GDPR would be considered an asset
• Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
• Experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry is ideal but not a must-have
