
Legal Counsel (iGaming)

- Drafting, negotiating and reviewing of commercial contracts and agreements;
- Advising on a wide range of commercial matters such as intellectual property, technology, and internal/service contracts;
- Advising and supporting other departments as may be necessary;
- Overseeing contractual obligations and maintaining contractual and regulatory relations;
- Identifying legal issues, providing analysis of legal risks and assisting in the creation and implementation of solutions;
- Assisting in building a scalable foundation for the legal team including developing templates and processes;
- Liaising with external advisors and regulatory authorities;
- Conducting legal Research and staying abreast with regulatory updates;
- Maintaining records of group policies and procedures and uphold them internally as well as towards relevant regulatory authorities;
- Providing administrative support to the legal team as required;
- Other responsibilities as may be required and determined by management from time to time.
- Previous local experience as a lawyer, particularly within corporate and commercial
- Strong knowledge and understanding of online gaming legislation and industry best practices
- Experience with Privacy and GDPR would be considered an asset
- Fluency in written and spoken English is a must
- Experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry is ideal but not a must-have
- A law degree
