
Business Development Executive

- Build and maintain relationships with key client accounts
- Proactively find and follow up on new business opportunities
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing deals
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solutions to clients
- Visit customer sites to understand needs and recommend solutions
- Negotiate terms and pricing with customers
- Keep accurate client and project information in the CRM
- Work closely with the sales manager on strategy and reporting
- Share knowledge with team members to support growth.
- Stay informed on industry developments and new technologies.
- Strong understanding of technical solutions or willingness to learn quickly
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in warehouse, storage, or material handling solutions
- Comfortable using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for site visits
- Familiarity with the use of CAD software will be considered an asset
- Familiarity with tendering process and submissions will be considered an asset
