- Take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to deal closure.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support long-term revenue growth.
- Develop customized ICT solutions that address client requirements and deliver business value.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across targeted industries and verticals.
- Research, map, and penetrate new markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Leverage vendor partnerships, networking events, and industry forums to generate leads.
- Conduct competitive analysis to position company offerings effectively.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and vendor events to promote services and solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop account strategies that foster client loyalty and repeat business.
- Provide professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Provide market insights and client feedback to influence product and service development.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Track, analyse, and report on sales performance metrics to ensure consistent growth.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management within the ICT/technology sector.
- 6+ years of experience in a revenue-generating role.
- Established network of industry contacts and with decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of ICT products, solutions, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and close high-value deals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Commercially driven, target-oriented, and motivated by achieving measurable results.
- A valid Maltese/EU driving license
