- Maintain and update sales and purchase ledgers accurately
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes, and payments
- Issue sales invoices and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Assist with resolving discrepancies and queries
- Support stock control processes, including monitoring inventory movements
- Assist with stock reconciliations and periodic stock counts
- Participate in internal and external audit processes related to inventory and financial records
- Investigate and report discrepancies between physical and system stock
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and documentation
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with data entry
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company procedures
- Liaise with warehouse, procurement, and sales teams to ensure accurate financial and stock data
- Support continuous improvement of accounting and stock control processes
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
