A boutique CSP based in Ta’ Xbiex is currently looking for an Account Assistant to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for candidates based in Malta who have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or a related field) or are currently pursuing ACCA certification.This is an office-based role offering a salary of up to €32K plus benefits.Role & ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of financial statements and management accountsProcess invoices, payments, and claims in a timely mannerMaintain and update the general ledgerReconcile bank statements and supplier accountsAssist with VAT returns and other related tasksSupport the finance team with day-to-day dutiesMaintain a professional and efficient rapport with clients and third partiesEducation, Skills & ExperienceDegree in Accounting or a related fieldCandidates who are ACCA part-qualified or currently pursuing ACCA are encouraged to applyFluency in English at C2/Native level, both written and spoken2+ years of experience is an assetAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProactive approach to problem-solving and meeting deadlinesAbout the RoleSalary up to €32K plus benefits, depending on education and experienceOpportunity to grow within a supportive and professional environmentApply with your detailed CV.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
