This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top-tier Corporate Service Provider in Malta as a Trusts & Foundations Executive. You’ll play a pivotal role in administering trusts and foundations, ensuring compliance with Maltese legislation and supporting clients with expert fiduciary services. This role is designed for a confident professional who thrives on responsibility and can work independently while mentoring junior colleagues.In this position, you’ll liaise directly with clients, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies while managing all aspects of trust and foundation administration, from due diligence and KYC processes to maintaining structures in good legal standing. You’ll also keep up to date with legislative changes, ensuring that client entities remain compliant and that internal processes evolve in line with best practice.This is a role where your expertise and professionalism will make a real impact. You’ll be joining an established team within a stable and forward-thinking CSP that values initiative, collaboration, and career growth.Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain a portfolio of trusts and foundations in line with Maltese law
Oversee onboarding, due diligence, KYC/AML checks, and statutory filings
Liaise with clients, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
Guide junior team members and contribute to process improvements

Your Profile:

3+ years’ experience in trusts and foundations administration
Strong knowledge of Maltese legislation and compliance
Organised, detail-focused, and able to work independently

Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 (Depending on Experience)Benefits:
