  • Analyze escalations to identify root causes and implement preventive solutions
  • Optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve efficiency
  • Translate customer and team insights into actionable improvements
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve recurring issues
Skills & Qualifications:
  • C2 German and fluent English
  • +3 years of experience as a Customer Support or Operations (iGaming an advantage)
