- Handling and monitoring all fleet insurance-related documentation.
- Upkeeping weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensuring all vehicle insurance-related documentation is updated.
- Handling all insurance renewals and claims.
- Maintaining the LESA website with contraventions and ensuring payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Updating expense sheets.
- Preparing documentation for fleet departments such as licenses and tags.
- Handling Yplate and airport permits.
- Preparing documentation for the purchase of new vehicles.
- Applying for Government grants.
- Booking services, maintenance, and repairs for the entire fleet.
- Minimum of secondary level of education;
- Two years or more experience working in insurance claims;
- Preference will be given to applicants with insurance qualifications;
- The right candidate should be able to work within a team with minimum supervision.
