Motor Claims Officer - Liability Section

• Registering and investigating motor insurance claims.
• Determining the extent of cover for the incident.
• Liaising with other parties involved in the claim, including insurers to determine fault.
• Authorising payments while ensuring they are within policy limits and legal obligations.
• Handling and resolving queries from customers, providing advice and assistance as necessary.
• Updating customers about the progress and outcome of their claims.
• Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and efficient manner in line with required company service levels and standards.

• A good knowledge of vehicles and familiarity with vehicle repairs.
• Fluency in written and spoken Maltese and English.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Skill in using MS Office Applications.
• Work experience in the insurance setting industry or the vehicle repair sector would be considered an asset.
