STMicroelectronics (Malta) Ltd. is seeking to recruit a Manufacturing Senior Manager (T&F) within the Testing and Finishing Department.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities include, but are not limited to:To drive and coordinate the activities related with test, burn-in and finishing maintenance engineering teams in order to achieve BEM&T targets on efficiency, quality, cost and service.The mission of the department is to ensure the standardization of test and finishing methodology, optimize test and finishing through-put, maintain high quality performances & yield and provide technical support to production testing and finishing.Yield, downtime, cost and quality are directly related to T&F equipment. The main responsibility is to create a more efficient organization, focusing on preventive maintenance and people know how in order to improve yield, reduce the downtime and cost.Responsible for the safe maintenance and uptime of production equipment, cost saving initiatives and digitization of current manual processes. Reporting to the T&F Director, being responsible to manage maintenance of overall Test, Burn-In and finishing equipment.ProfileSkills & QualificationsThe ideal candidate shall:

Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering related subject;
Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the manufacturing industry;
Have strong people management skills;
Be knowledgeable in automation and industry 4.0 process including lean manufacturing;
Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
Possess excellent leadership skills to lead the team.
