Junior Maintenance Technician

• Intervening to solve routine issues and minimize unscheduled downtime, ensuring targeted daily production output at the required quality. (Equipment uptime maximization)
• Performing preventive maintenance activities in a timely and effective manner.
• Performing product setup changes and machine RTP, as required.
• Using inspection equipment to verify product quality, based on process requirements
• Sharing and following up Shift Interventions details and handover instructions to/from colleagues and superiors.
• Maintaining and promoting good housekeeping & 5S principles within the manufacturing area and on all related equipment.
• Working in a safe manner and making sure that the related equipment is operating safely at all times.

• Use SAP for equipment replacement parts searching, stock checking and withdrawal.
• Use FW CMMS terminal for maintenance activities management and recording.
• Use the maintenance recall system (X-Site).

• Possess an MQF Level 4 Qualification in a Technical/Engineering related subject or comparable certifications together with a minimum of 3 years' experience working within the manufacturing industry.
• Have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
• Possess good technical knowledge of assembly manufacturing equipment.
• Be able to prioritize tasks according to urgency / workload, based on production & quality goals.
• Possess good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Be responsible and mature.
• Possess an excellent exemplary record history.
• Be smart and task/goal oriented.
• Be flexible, adaptable to needs and able to take decisions based on inputs.
• Be computer literate.
• Be disciplined, motivated and willing to work in a team.
