This role is being created as part of the company’s sustained growth and increasing flight activity. To strengthen its commercial performance and support the expansion of its charter operations, our client is looking to reinforce its Sales team.💼 POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a Charter Sales Representative to join the Sales team. You will play a key role at the heart of aviation operations, managing charter sales activities and ensuring seamless flight execution.Your responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality customer service to clients throughout the entire sales and booking processPreparing and issuing quotes for private jet charter services and confirming new flight bookingsProactively identifying and developing sales opportunities to support business growthCoordinating closely with internal departments and external suppliers to organize flights worldwideManaging administrative tasks and contributing to reporting and sales follow-up activitiesNon-exhaustive list of tasks.👨‍💼 DESIRED PROFILE:Required degree: At least a Degree in business, sales, or aviation-related fieldsDesired experience: First experience or internship in aviation, charter sales, or a commercial role within a regulated environmentTechnical skills:Solid understanding of aviation operations and flight regulationsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentPersonal qualities:High energy, proactivity, and commercial mindsetAdaptability and flexibility, including handling last-minute changesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the boxExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsTeam-oriented with a customer-focused approachLanguages: Fluent English (spoken and written); French is a plusAvailability: Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including nights and weekendsBackground check: A clear criminal record is required💰 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
