- Achieve individual business targets in line with the company's commercial objectives, focusing on corporate and high-value retail clients;
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the corporate and premium retail segments;
- Conduct on-site client meetings to present financial solutions and negotiate commercial terms;
- Actively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and outreach activities;
- Finalise client agreements in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements;
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation;
- Monitor and analyse client relationships to identify risks and opportunities for further business growth;
- Develop and manage relationships within the newly acquired client portfolio;
- Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support overall team performance.
- Proven experience in corporate or high-value retail client acquisition;
- Strong knowledge of sales and acquisition techniques;
- Previous experience in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management;
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
- Ability to work independently, with a strong presence in the field and frequent client visits.
- Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers;
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities;
- Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio independently;
- Organised and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic, field-based environment.
