- Chat

- Account questions
- Product and service issues
- Technical situations
- General inquiries
- Document customer cases carefully
- Identify patterns and recurring issues
- Share market feedback and customer insights
- Help improve internal systems and processes
- Work closely with management and other departments
- Fluent German (spoken & written)
- Good English
- At least 1 year of customer support experience
- Interest or understanding of the gaming / digital entertainment industry
- Comfortable working shifts (weekdays & weekends)
