Your work sits right at the heart of the customer journey.You will:
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure documentation is handled correctly
- Support customers via phone, email and SMS with clear and professional communication
- Provide accurate information about financial products, services and payments
- Work actively with sales strategies. Not pushy selling, but smart, structured customer engagement
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth and transparent processes
- Help maintain a high-quality customer experience while staying compliant with regulations and company policies
- Contribute to sales reporting
- Support training and mentoring of team members
- Help improve operational processes and procedures
- Take part in documenting workflows
- Get involved in ad hoc projects linked to new markets and business development
- Fluent German and English (spoken & written)
- Experience in sales of financial or similar structured products
- Background in customer onboarding and document verification
- Strong communicator with a results-driven mindset
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with procedures
- Team player, but able to work independently
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Short commutes and more free time
