Enjoy beach views from green terraces, relax in our games room with a pool table and ping pong, and savour complimentary snacks, drinks, and fruits.What you’ll do:This role will be tasked with providing better localised customer experiences through demonstrating Flutter’s global capabilities. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for seeing opportunities, translating them into business outcomes and delivering against them with the support of internal customers. The Commercial Executive will work closely with analytics, marketing, customer operations, and compliance to deliver against the commercial strategy and ensure that the business stays in sync with local regulation and fully aligned to Betfair International’s core objectives.Key responsibilities include:Be a key touchpoint within the Commercial team for inputting Sports’ priorities across key relevant business functions.Support in delivery of commercial strategy and lead the regional performance of the Sports business. Use data and insights to unpick business performance trends, drivers, and growth initiative opportunities.Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver operational change.Ensure stakeholders understand the wider context of their initiatives.Develop understanding of key performance drivers and provide performance updates to internal partners. Use this data to identify and quantify potential improvements for the business.Project run ad hoc initiatives to improve the way in which we serve customers, for example trough payments, customer service, fraud, and verifications.Build market and industry knowledge and apply learnings to the commercial proposition.What you’ll bring:Our Executive will have commercial acumen and an ability to understand data to derive insights that will deliver revenue positive initiatives. They are also comfortable with problem solving and able to handle without a previously defined solution.
