
Learning and Training Specialist

- Design and deliver engaging training programmes in classroom, blended, and online formats using proven instructional design methodologies.
- Develop learner-friendly training materials, including facilitator guides, presentations, and supporting resources.
- Conduct training needs analyses and define clear learning objectives in line with organisational priorities.
- Collaborate with managers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to ensure training content meets business requirements.
- Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of workshops, learning sessions, and initiatives across departments.
- Support the implementation of learning technologies and digital tools to enhance training delivery.
- Maintain accurate training records, including matrices, attendance, and completion data.
- Monitor training effectiveness using evaluation tools and provide regular reports and recommendations.
- Stay up to date with learning trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve training.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a related field (MQF Level 6).
- At least 2 years' experience in training design and delivery, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Previous experience as a teacher, trainer, instructional designer, or L&D professional is required.
- Certification in instructional design, training, or learning technologies (e.g., e-learning, Articulate 365) will be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (C1/C2 level). Fluency in both English and French will be considered a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
