Your exposure will be broad and varied related to anything corporate and commercial which will contribute heavily to broaden your skillset.This is the perfect opportunity for a strong all-rounded lawyer with expertise in general corporate and commercial law, including regulatory advisory, and will offer massive growth prospects as the firm continues to support innovative businesses and continues to scale which will offer you great upside.You will:

Provide legal advice across a number of areas related to corporate, commercial and technology law;
Support business expansion projects in Europe and internationally;
Collaborate with industry experts related to blockchain and AI projects;
Contribute to ongoing growth of the business supporting your personal growth

Experience:

Qualified lawyer in Europe
2+ years PQE, experience in general corporate & commercial law
Experience with, or interest in blockchain, tech or AI

Salary / Remuneration: EUR 40,000 – 60,000 DOEBenefits:

Discretionary performance bonuses
Commission for bringing in clients and taking on key functions
Hybrid working model
