Support on corporate and commercial matters, including high-value transactions
Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements
Work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex legal matters
Contribute to client advisory work across a range of industries

Requirements

Maltese warranted lawyer
Minimum 2+ years of experience
Corporate and/or commercial law experience is essential
