Relationship Acquisition Manager (Corporate and Retail Banking)

• Achieve individual business targets in line with the company’s commercial objectives, focusing on corporate and high-value retail clients;
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients within the corporate and premium retail segments;
• Conduct on-site client meetings to present financial solutions and negotiate commercial terms;
• Actively generate new business opportunities through prospecting, cold-calling, and outreach activities;
• Finalise client agreements in accordance with internal standards and regulatory requirements;
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation;
• Monitor and analyse client relationships to identify risks and opportunities for further business growth;
• Develop and manage relationships within the newly acquired client portfolio;
• Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues to support overall team performance.

• Proven experience in corporate or high-value retail client acquisition;
• Strong knowledge of sales and acquisition techniques;
• Previous experience in business development, negotiation, and client relationship management;
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken;
• Ability to work independently, with a strong presence in the field and frequent client visits.

• Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach;
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers;
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities;
• Ability to manage and grow a client portfolio independently;
