Give information to passengers during a leisure trip
Transport: employees (company personnel)

Welcome public and inform about facilities (plan, programme, give welcome brochure...)
Decide on route, pay hotel fees and fill out customs formalities (documents) during tourist excursion
Conduct funeral ceremony: drive hearse

Offer comfort to travellers
Check state of vehicle and clean it
Perform emergency measures in case of accident. Notify services concerned
Prepare the vehicle, choose routes, foresee possible bad conditions
