Support the family and CEO’s office with errands and ad-hoc tasks when not driving. Key Responsibilities • Safely and punctually transport the CEO’s children to/from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and social engagements. • Provide driving support for the CEO himself, including transport to meetings, events, and personal appointments. • Transport family members or business associates as needed. • Act as a responsible, reassuring presence; manage pick-up/drop-off logistics and waiting times. • Conduct errands (deliveries, collections, shopping) for the family and CEO’s office. • Maintain vehicle condition: cleaning, fuelling, basic checks; arrange servicing/repairs as directed. • Keep simple logs for mileage, trips, fuel, and any incidents. • Uphold absolute confidentiality and discretion. • Adhere to a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends as rostered. • Support occasional ad-hoc duties aligned to family/office needs. Person Specification: -Valid, clean driving licence with excellent record -Experience as a chauffeur/personal driver -Strong road safety awareness; calm under pressure -Responsible and professional when transporting/working with children -Good knowledge of Malta’s roads and traffic patterns -Desirable: advanced driving certification, experience with executives/families, security or first aid training, schedule management, and use of navigation/traffic tools Additional Information: • Appropriate, professional dress may be required. • Overtime is compensated at agreed rates on a weekly basis, depending on requirements and availability.
