This vacancy has arisen within the Finance Department.The Payroll & Credit Control Clerk will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of attendance and payroll records, maintaining compliance with financial procedures, manage debtor accounts efficiently while upholding overall company standards and responsibilities.Main Responsibilities:Payroll / Time and Attendance:

To process on a timely and efficient manner attendance sheets’ and /or payroll recordings as delegated by the Payroll Executive including the importing and inputting of all relevant data.
To keep the Payroll Executive informed of progress.
To ensure the smooth running of the payroll system and Time and Attendance system in collaboration with the Payroll Executive.
To liaise with the other Divisions/Sections of the Company as necessary regarding matters relating to the payroll and time and attendance.
To maintain filing in an orderly and up-to-date manner and effect the necessary archiving.

Debtors Management:

Maintain the sales ledger of the company according to Credit Control Procedures.
Issuing monthly statements to the debtors and checking aging balances daily.
Dunning process according to Credit Control Procedures.
Preparation, coordination, and taking minutes of internal Debtor’s Meetings.

Requirements

Proficient in Accounts at A-level standard.
Strong affinity for numbers.
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong Math skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Excellent communication skills.
Thrives in a collaborative team environment
