Technician

• Attend and resolve repair and maintenance requests.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, and fittings, including carpentry, painting, and minor construction tasks.
• Monitor meters, gauges, and control systems to ensure proper operation.
• Maintain and update maintenance records, inventory, and requisitions.
• Support emergency response procedures (e.g., power outages, leaks, fire alarms).
• Prioritize and organize work effectively, responding to urgent issues when needed.
• Share knowledge with colleagues and support team training.
• Ensure safety, security, and professionalism at all times.

• Previous experience within a similar role will be considered an asset
• A good standard of education
• Able to work on his initiative
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work with shifts on a seven-day schedule.
• Must be in possession of the Skillspass and residing in Malta for immediate start
