As a CFO, you will work closely with the executive team to guide financial planning, risk management, and compliance.Your responsibilities will include:Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Managing cash flow, company expenses, and financial reporting
Ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations
Working closely with the Payments/Fraud and Tech departments on system improvements
Leading cost optimization and financial efficiency projects
Providing regular reports and strategic advice to the CEO and executive team
Assisting with investment decisions and financial growth strategies
Supervising the accounting team and financial auditsQualificationsMinimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting leadership roles
Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Background in Economy, Finance, or International Trade
Experience with financial systems (ERP, accounting software, etc.)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
