- Structure, negotiate, and oversee partner contracts
- Develop and implement the partner strategy using first-class analytics
- Ensure strong networking across all relevant market players – no key stakeholder should be outside your scope
- Act as the primary point of contact for all external relationships
- Solid experience managing a partner portfolio on the advertiser side (ideally within the financial services industry)
- Fluent German skills and the ability to communicate professionally in English
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients and colleagues at all levels
