- Manage and develop existing and new partnerships
- Structure, negotiate, and oversee partner agreements
- Develop and execute the partner strategy using high-quality analysis
- Ensure strong connections across all relevant market players—no key stakeholder goes unnoticed
- Act as the main point of contact for all external relationships
- Solid experience managing a partner portfolio on the advertiser side (ideally within the financial services sector)
- Fluency in German, along with the ability to communicate professionally in English
- Strong analytical skills combined with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Proven willingness to learn and the ability to quickly get up to speed with new topics
- Experience with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
