Marketing Officer

• Maintain a content calendar, create and coordinate social media content and ensure the audience is kept engaged with content in line with the brand's identity;
• Use online design platforms such as Canva to update existing designed templates or create new artwork that is in line with our brand standards;
• Film and produce short-form video/reels that showcase properties in an engaging way, capturing their key features, atmosphere, and visual appeal for social media platforms;
• Liaise with associates to organise filming of properties and reel production when the needarises;
• Assist with the creation of email marketing templates, management of the respective campaigns and subscribers' lists;
• Assist the team with the provision of branded marketing collateral, working documents and merchandise;
• Collaborate with professionals responsible for graphic design;
• Assist the team with updating and uploading new content to the website;
• Provide support to the marketing department as required;
• Develop a deep understanding of the clients, our offerings, competitors and industries to execute the marketing strategy and drive business growth.

• Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A keen interest in the real estate industry is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is a plus
• Educational background in Marketing, Communications or a similar field is a plus
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar marketing role is a must
