Our client, offering clients a gateway to the world's most prestigious real estate properties, is looking for a driven and creative Marketing Officer who can contribute to the strategic marketing direction.This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €30K depending on experience.Role & ResponsibilitiesMaintain content calendar, create and coordinate social media content and ensure that the audience is kept engagedAble to use online design platforms, such as Canva, to update templates and create new artworkProduce short-form video/reels that showcase properties by capturing their key features for social media platformsLiaise with partners to organise filming of properties and reel productionCreate marketing email templates, campaigns and subscriber listsAssist the team by providing branded marketing collateral, working documents, and merchandiseUpdate and upload new content to the websiteWork with the team to identify and suggest improvements to the company's processesEducation, Skills & Experience2+ years of experience in a Marketing role in Malta—a keen interest in the real estate industry would be considered an assetTertiary level of education in Marketing or other industry-related certificationProficiency in online design platforms such as Canva, and email marketing software such as MailchimpKnowledge of AI photo editing tools is considered an assetProven ability to film and produce engaging short-form video content for social media, with a strong visual eye and attention to detailFluent in Microsoft OfficeAble to work independently, eager to learn and with a proactive attitudeAbout the RoleSalary of up to €30K depending on experienceHybrid with flexible hours – on Fridays the office closes at 14:00On-the-job training and mentoringFree parkingHealth insuranceOpportunities to attend industry eventsStudy leave and opportunities for career growthSupportive team culture with professional development initiativesPlease note that we are only able to consider candidates who are based in Malta.Apply with your detailed CV.*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
