- A key part of the job involves identifying and spearheading new property development opportunities.
- The Head of Property will lead projects from the initial proposal phase through to implementation, collaborating with design and architectural teams, government agencies, contractors, and other partners.
- You will be responsible for evaluating and developing the most beneficial use of the group's land and assets both in Malta and internationally. Additionally, the role includes evaluating and executing the disposal of non-core assets to maximize returns for the group.
- The position also involves significant financial and project management. You must oversee project budgets and timelines for all new developments and renovations, ensuring all work meets the highest standards of quality and design.
- A critical responsibility is preparing and presenting regular reports to senior management on the property portfolio's performance, providing key performance indicators and strategic recommendations. This person will also be in charge of ensuring the maximum efficiency and profitability of all properties.
- You must be a qualified Architect with experience in property development, project management, or real estate.
- You should have excellent negotiation skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective communication skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- While the position is based in Malta, the job requires business travel.
