Job DescriptionThe role of the supply chain manager is to manage and lead the supply chain department in the administration of vehicle shipment receipts, port release, storage, and expeditious delivery of sold units. This also includes the recording of vehicles received within the database systems and ensures that all franchise data is maintained, organised and updated.Duties and Responsibilities Develop and optimise supply chain processes to drive efficiency and business growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational performance and cost effectiveness. Ensure compliance with Customs and Transport Malta regulations. Oversee customs clearance, documentation, payments, and vehicle registrations. Manage third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth and timely operations. Maintain accurate vehicle records and ensure data integrity across systems. Monitor performance, resolve bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and regulatory authorities. Oversee order management, exports, and shipping to ensure efficient fulfillment. Lead and develop the supply chain team while overseeing invoicing processes.Skills and Abilities Managerial experience within the supply chain field.
