- Handle group enquiries and develop group quotations and contracts
- Build and maintain relations with new and existing clients
- QUOTE Weddings, Events, and Banqueting functions
- Manage group reservations
- Adhere to deposit payments and cancellation policies
- Ensure that Folio is consistent with the quotation
- Maintain accurate filing systems for all group and event correspondence
- Ensure client satisfaction while implementing the hotel's standard operating procedures
- Handle ad hoc tasks as needed to support the team and department
- Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is an asset
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- A flair for Food & Beverage would be considered an asset.
- The ideal candidate must be a people person with strong interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required, whilst a good knowledge of Maltese will be considered an asset
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, mostly Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
