- Efficiently handle the logistics and coordination of events.
- Work closely with clients and group organizers to arrange all necessary event details.
- Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with hotel departments to ensure seamless event operations.
- Organize and distribute all administrative documents in a timely manner.
- Conduct informative hotel tours for potential clients.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase sales and conversions.
- Consistently apply effective up-selling strategies.
- Participate in hotel promotional activities to attract new business.
- Operational or sales experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with the operations team.
- A proactive approach to finding innovative ways to attract new business.
- Understanding of hotel operations and food and beverage to ensure excellent event execution.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Knowledge of Maltese and another language is a plus.
